2.1 Reservation

Bookings are confirmed upon receipt of a booking confirmation.
A deposit may be required to secure the booking.
Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance to avoid charges.

3. Payment Terms

4. Hire Period

The standard hire period is as agreed upon in the booking confirmation. Extensions must be requested before the end of the hire period and are subject to availability and additional charges.

5. Responsibilities of the Customer

The Customer agrees to the following responsibilities:

Ensure the skip is placed in a suitable location with adequate access.
Avoid placing the skip on private property without permission.
Not overload the skip beyond its weight capacity.
Prohibit the disposal of hazardous or prohibited materials.

5.1 Prohibited Items

Chemicals such as paint, solvents, and pesticides.
Electrical appliances and batteries.
Asbestos-containing materials.
Medical waste.
Vehicles or large machinery.

6. Skip Usage

To ensure safety and compliance with regulations, the Customer must adhere to the following guidelines:

Do not tamper with or modify the skip.
Use appropriate lifting equipment when handling heavy items.
Keep the area around the skip clear of obstructions.

7. Liability

Kentish Town Skip Hire is not liable for any damage to property or injury caused by the placement or use of the skip, except where such damage or injury is due to our negligence.

7.1 Insurance

Customers are advised to have appropriate insurance coverage for any potential damages or accidents related to skip placement and usage.

8. Termination of Hire

Kentish Town Skip Hire reserves the right to terminate the hire agreement if the Customer breaches any terms and conditions. In such cases, the Customer may be liable for early termination fees and any additional costs incurred.

10. Governing Law
